1.Introduction:
  YR-3190 intelligent digital weighing display, also known as quantitative weighing controller, is a small weighing indicator with simple structure, high-performance A/D conversion, complete functions, and wide application.

  The module has RS485 communication interface, supports standard MODBUS RTU communication protocol and continuous output mode, can communicate with computers, PLCs and other host computers, and can also connect to large screens. It has switching inputs and outputs, so it can be started and stopped with external switching signals.

4.Sensor Connection:
1>. This display is compatible with all resistance strain gauge sensors.
2>. The output signal of the sensor is very weak, please shorten the length of the signal cable as much as possible, and do not tie the signal cable with the power line, otherwise the instrument may be interfered with.
3>.The output cable that comes with the sensor cannot be cut. The wiring of the sensor must be covered with a metal pipe, and the metal pipe must be reliably grounded, and the metal pipe mainly plays the role of shielding and protection. The sensor must be connected to the terminal block reliably, as poor contact will cause the data to bounce or be inaccurate.

5.Note:
1>.Please do not use the excitation voltage of the meter for other purposes, otherwise it may cause the meter display value to jump or the weighing value is inaccurate or even burn the meter.

2>.The sensor should strictly adhere to the requirements of the installation specification, including that the sensor mounting surface should be kept level.

3>.The support surface of the sensor remains rigid enough to avoid deformation and tilting of the support surface during the force, which affects the measurement accuracy of the sensor.

4>.If the scale body uses multiple sensors, a junction box with adjustable angle difference should be used, otherwise the overall measurement accuracy may be affected.

6.Static Weighing Accuracy:
1>.The sensor has a range of 0-20kg, and can be set to a maximum of 3 decimal places, with a maximum display of 20.000kg.
2>.The sensor has a range of 11-200kg, with a maximum of 2 decimal points and a maximum display of 200.00kg.
3>.The sensor range is 201-2000kg, with a maximum of 1 decimal point and a maximum display of 2000.0kg.
4>.The sensor has a range of more than 2000kg, and the decimal point cannot be set, and the maximum display is 20.000kg.
5>.If four 200 kg sensors are used, the total capacity is calculated as 800 kg with the decimal point set to 1.
