Product Details

1.Description:
   It is a DC 0-99.9V Battery Charge Discharge Voltage Monitor. It can input voltage from DC 0-99.9V Battery with relay switch output which can controller DC or AC various equipment. It can set battery discharge voltage to prevent the battery from over-discharging and causing damage. The output switch turn on to the load when the battery charging voltage rises to the allowable discharge value. Therefore, it can effectively protect the service life of the battery and make the use of the battery safer and more reliable.

2.Features:

INDEPENDENT WORKING VOLTAGE】In order to avoid consuming the voltage of the battery being measured, the device can be separately connected to another power supply as its working voltage.

CHARGE AND DISCHARGE PROTECTION】You can freely set the charging or discharging mode and set parameters. For example, when the battery voltage reaches the set voltage, the module will automatically disconnect to avoid battery over-discharging and prolong battery life.

INTERZONE VOLTAGE PROTECTION】This means that you can set the number of values between which the voltage will disconnect or connect the relay.

FIXED VOLTAGE MONITORING】When the measured voltage is higher than the set voltage value, the relay is connected, otherwise it will be disconnected. Alternatively, you can set it to always stay connected until you manually power off, and the relay outputs a pulse signal when the measured voltage is equal to the set voltage (up and down 0.1V).

4.Work Mode:


1>.V1:the Lower limit voltage value.
2>.V2:the Upper limit voltage value.
3>.The Upper limit voltage value must be greater than the Lower limit voltage value(V2 > V1).

4>.F-1:Charging Measure Mode.
     Relay turn ON to start charging if the Battery Measured Value is less then the Lower limit voltage value V1.
    Relay turn OFF to stop charging if the Battery Measured Value is more then the Upper limit voltage value V2.
   Output keep OFF if the Battery Measured Value between V1 and V2 when the working power is first connected.

5>.F-2:Discharging Measure Mode.
     Relay turn ON to start discharging if the Battery Measured Value is more then the Upper limit voltage value V2.
    Relay turn OFF to stop discharging if the Battery Measured Value is less then the Lower limit voltage value V1.
    Output keep OFF if the Battery Measured Value between V1 and V2 when the working power is first connected.

6>.F-3:Turn ON without range:
    Relay turn ON if the Battery Measured Value is less the Lower limit voltage value V1 or more than the Upper limit voltage value V2. Otherwise relay turn OFF.

7>.F-4:Turn ON within range:
    Relay turn ON if the Battery Measured Value is between the Lower limit voltage value V1 and the Upper limit voltage value V2. Otherwise relay turn OFF.

8>.F-5:Voltage Threshold Measure Mode
    Relay turn ON if the Battery Measured Value is more then V1.
    Relay turn OFF if the Battery Measured Value is less then V1.

9>.F-6:Voltage Threshold Measure Self-lock Mode
     Relay turn ON if the Battery Measured Value is more then V1. It will also maintain the output state if the voltage is lower than V1 during use. Restart the working voltage to change the output state.
     Relay turn OFF if the Battery Measured Value is less then V1.

10>.F-7:Voltage Threshold Measure Pulse Mode
       Relay output state alternating switching ON and OFF if the Battery Measured Value is is equal to V1(+/-0.1V). Otherwise relay turn OFF.

11>.F-8:Calibrate the displayed value of the measured voltage.
       Its calibration range is -5V to 5V.


5.Set Parameters:
1>.Confirm its working mode at first.
2>.Press SET button enter into set mode and then press +/- button to select work mode F-1 to F-8.
3>.Press SET button again when display F-1 is used to set V1 and V2. Note: V1 and V2 just be set at F-1 work mode.
4>.Default display V1 value then press press +/- button to change V1.
5>.Press SET button at the third time to display V2 value then press press +/- button to change V2.
6>.Press SET button at the 4th time to save and exit set mode.
7>.For other modes, there is no need to modify parameter values V1 and V2. After selected the mode with the +/- buttons, press the SET button again to save and exit.
8>.In normal display state,keep press button ‘ - ’ more than 3second can turn ON/OFF display screen.

6.Note:
1>.It is relay switch output so it can not output voltage!
2>.F-1~F8 available, F-9 and other menus not available.
3>.V1 and V2 just be set at F-1 work mode.
4>.It is a DC voltage detector and cannot detect AC power supply.
5>.Please read use manual and description before use.
