1>.Keep press SET button more than 5second enter into Function Set Mode.
2>.Short press + or - button to switch select function.
3>.Short press SET button to set function parameters after selected function.
4>.Short press + or - button to change parameter value when set parameters.
5>.It can be set TIME/DATE/ALAR/FONT/DISP/MIDP.
6>.TIME: It is used to set current time.
7>.DATE: It is used to set current date.
8>.ALAR: It is used to set alarm.
9>.FONT: It is used to set display font.
10>.DISP: It is used to set display effects.
11>.MIDP: It is used to set the display mode of seconds.
12>.The temperature can not be set.
1>.Step 1: This item does not include a CR1220. So item can not save last set parameters value. So users need to prepare CR1220 battery in advance.
2>.Step 2: Automatically display Time/Temperature/Date/Week in turn after power ON.
3>.Step 3: Long press the SET button enter set mode by press SET button more than 3second.
4>.Step 4: Short press UP or Down button to switch set parameters.
5>.Step 5: Short press SET button to select one parameter such as set Time.Then the 2bit Hour screen will flashing.
6>.Step 6: Press UP or Down button to set Hour value.
7>.Step 7: Short press SET button to save Hour value and enter into set minute value.
8>.Step 8: Same method to set second.
9>.Step 9: Short press SET button to save Time after set second and return to clock display normally.
10>.Step 10: Set Date/Alarm/Font/DISP/MIDP as the same step3~step9.
1>.User needs to prepare the welding tool at first.
2>.Please be patient until the installation is complete.
3>.The soldering iron can't touch the components for a long time(1.0 second), otherwise it will damage the components.
4>.Pay attention to the positive and negative of the components.
5>.Strictly prohibit short circuit.
6>.This DIY installation is more difficult to be installed, please be patient until the installation is complete!!!
7>.User must install the LED according to the specified rules.Otherwise some LED will not light.
8>.Install complex components preferentially.
9>.Make sure all components are in right direction and right place.
10>.Check that all of the LED can be illuminated.
11>.The default code inside the chip, the function is more abundant, so please do not update the code inside arbitrarily!
7.Installation Steps(Please be patient:)
1>.Step 1: Install 1pcs LQFP-44 STC15W1K24S-35I at U1.There is a dot on one corner of the IC and there is a white dot on PCB where the IC can place on.These two marks are corresponding to each other and are used to specify the installation direction of the IC.
2>.Step 2: Install 1pcs SOT-223 AMS1117-3.3V at U2.
3>.Step 3: Install 1pcs SOP-16 DS3231SN at U3.There is a dot on one corner of the IC and there is a white dot on PCB where the IC can place on.These two marks are corresponding to each other and are used to specify the installation direction of the IC.
4>.Step 4: Install 1pcs SOT-23 S9012 Transistor at Q1.
5>.Step 5: Install 4pcs 10Kohm(103) 0805 SMD Resistor at R10-R13.
6>.Step 6: Install 2pcs 0.1uF 0805 SMD Capacitor at C5,C7.
7>.Step 7: Install 3pcs 2Pin SMD Button at SET/+/-.
8>.Step 8: Install 1pcs 10uF SMD Aluminum Capacitor at C6.
9>.Step 9: Install 1pcs 220uF SMD Aluminum Capacitor at C4.
10>.Step 10: Install 1pcs Tilt Switch at SW1.
11>.Step 11: Install 1pcs CR1220 Battery Socket at BT1.
12>.Step 12: Install 1pcs MINI USB Female Socket at J1.
13>.Step 13: Install 1pcs Active Buzzer at B1.
14>.Step 14: Install 2pcs 7*11 Dot matrix display at LD1-LD2.Pay attention to the installation direction.
15>.Step 15: Remove the protective film from the acrylic surface.
16>.Step 16: Fixed Acrylic Board by Screw Bolt and Nut.
17>.Step 17: Connect to power supply and enjoy the effect.
