Works well, but didn't use at first due to fear of shorting by having it set onto something as there is no bottom cover. I created a 3D Printed to protect the bottom of the board. The unit does charge a client device while charging itself, but once charging power is removed, the device resets the output, so couldn't be used as a battery backup.
