2.Key points for installing the stabilizer block:
  1>.Tighten the stabilizer block, heat sink, and bolts, but do not tighten them
  2>.Insert the stabilizer block and heat sink onto the board, but do not weld them. Tighten the bolts before removing them
  3>.Perform step 2 on the other stabilizer block and heat sink
  4>.Plug in all the cooling fins of the stabilizer blocks and adjust their positions for welding. Remember: 'Take your seat according to the number'
