1.Description:
 The Dual DC Power Supply Switch is a dual power intelligent switching module, which can realize the intelligent switching between the main power supply and the backup power supply. When the main power supply is power-off or undervoltage, the module automatically switches to the backup power supply. When the voltage of main power supply restore, it automatically switches back to the main power supply.

2.Feature:
 1>.Using low-power 8-bit MCU as the main control, which made it possible to switch fastly and accurately.
 2>.16 high-power and low-loss MOS tubes are used.
 3>.It is equipped with 2 indicators to know the power supply status timely.
 4>.The switching time is less than 0.001 seconds.
 5>.It is equipped with potentiometer, can freely adjust the main power supply switching and restore voltage.
 6>.It can meet the needs of different voltages.
 7>.The voltage of main power supply can be higher or lower than the backup power supply.
 8>.The main and backup power supplies can be battery or DC power supplies.

4.Application:

5.Note:
 1>.The module does not have charging function, and the main power supply cannot charge the backup power supply.
 2>.Ensure that the restore voltage is higher than the switching voltage. Otherwise, unexpected events such as abnormal switching may occur.
 3>.After the power supply is switched to the backup power supply, the power supply will be switched to the main power supply only after the voltage of the main power supply restores for more than 3 seconds.
 4>.The test points TP1 and TP2 are located next to the potentiometer.

6.Pin Specification:
 1>.V1+:The positive pole of main power input.
 2>.V2+:The positive pole of backup power input.
 3>.GND(Left):The negative pole main/backup power input(ground electrode).
 4>.GND(Right):The negative pole main/backup power output(ground electrode).
 5>.VO+:The negative pole (ground electrode).
 6>.SW:The output power switch can be controlled by an external switch to turn off and on.

 7>.D1(Red):
     When the main power supply V1+ is powered on, the indicator is on.
     When the backup power supply V2+ is powered on, the indicator is off.

 8>.D2(Green):
     When the backup power supply V2+ is powered on, the indicator is on.
     When the main power supply V1+ is powered on, the indicator is off.
 

9>.VR1:
     It is a main power switching voltage regulating potentiometer.
     When the voltage of the main power supply is lower than the voltage set by VR1, the main power supply is turned off immediately and switched to the backup power supply.

10>.VR2:
     It is a potentiometer that adjusts the recovery voltage threshold of the main power supply.
     When the voltage of the main power supply is higher than the voltage set by VR2, immediately turn off the backup power supply and restore the power output of the main power supply.

7.Measured Voltage Drop(measured voltage is 16V):
 1>.When the output current is 10A, the voltage drop is 32mV and the power consumption is 0.32W.
 2>.When the output current is 15A, the voltage drop is 50mV and the power consumption is 0.75W.
 3>.When the output current is 20A, the voltage drop is 70mV and the power consumption is 1.4W.
 4>.When the output current is 30A, the voltage drop is 100mV and the power consumption is 3W.
