DC Motor Driver 50A Motor Forward Rreverse 200KHz PWM MOSFET H-bridge Drive Module

1.Description:
   This driver adopts a full H-bridge driver module composed of a full-bridge driver chip and MOSFET, which has extremely low internal resistance and high current characteristics. The MOSFET H-bridge drive circuit has strong driving and braking effects. The signal isolation chip effectively isolates the single-chip microcomputer and the motor drive. 3.3V to 12V, PWM level is fully compatible, and the high current is 50A.

  2>.It is isolated from the PWM signal of the single-chip microcomputer to effectively protect the single-chip microcomputer;
  3>.It can realize the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, and the two-way PWM input frequency is 200kHZ;
