CCM6DS-T is a DC12V-80V 30A 0%~100% PWM DC Motor Speed Controller with 30Amp Fuse. It can drive DC motor up to 30A with a CCM6DS-K control display panel. It is easy to use and can be directly connected to the motor and to adjust motor’s speed.

1>.Press ‘MENU’ button enter into set mode and switch parameter SET1~SET5.
2>.Press ‘UP’ and ‘DOWN’ buttons to change parameter value.Keep press can change value quickly.
3>.The first bit is mode and the remaining 3 bits is mode parameter value.
4>.E.g: display ‘2.010’ means that the current display mode is SET2 and the parameter value is ‘010’.
5>.Press ‘RUN/STOP’ button to save parameter and exit set mode to start running.
6>.’SET1’ Function: 000-100 and display as ‘1.xxx’ which is used to set motor slow start time. Time from starting to 100% speed. Set time range is 0~10.0s and the default value is 1s. So ‘xxx’ is 000 to 100. Note: ’090’ means 9.0s.
7>.’SET2’ Function: 000-100 and display as ‘2.xxx’ which is used to set motor slow stop time. Time from press stop button to complete stop. Set time range is 0~10.0s and the default value is 1s. So ‘xxx’ is 000 to 100. Note: ’090’ means 9.0s.
8>.’SET3’ Function: 000-080 and display as ‘3.xxx’ which is used to set minimum speed value. Set range is 0%~80% and the default value is 0%. So ‘xxx’ is 000 to 80. Note: ’070’ means 70%. This value must be less than SET4.
9>.’SET4’ Function: 000-100 and display as ‘4.xxx’ which is used to set maximum speed value. Set range is 0%~100% and the default value is 100%. So ‘xxx’ is 000 to 100. Note: ’070’ means 70%. This value must be greater than SET3.
10>.’SET5’ Function: 001, 002, 005, 010, 015, 020, 025 and display as ‘5.xxx’ which is used to set speed regulation step size value. In normal display status, each time you press the ‘UP’ or ‘DOWN’ button , the speed changes 1%, 2%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%.
1>.Select the matching power supply and DC motor.
2>.Connect DC motor at output terminal which has mark ‘MOTOR +’ and ‘MOTOR -’ as wiring diagram.
3>.Connect motor driver and button/display panel by 5Pin wire.
4>.Input work voltage at input terminal which has mark ‘INPUT+’ and ‘INPUT-’ as wiring diagram. Note:The positive and negative poles of the power supply must be connected correctly.
5>.Set parameter and adjust motor speed.
1>.It can output voltage same to input voltage.So the input voltage must match the motor’s work voltage.
2>.Please pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the power supply. It can't be connected reversely.
