This circuit can be used as an automatic timer switch, and the switching time can be adjusted independently.JP1 can output switch signals controlled by relays, and JP2 can output rectangular pulses.

Key Components Introduction:
Its core circuit is NE555. The key component of is 2M ohm high quality glass glaze adjustable resistance, which can easily be adjusted for long time delay.Its output is controlled by 5V relay, and the indicator light adopts 5mm two-color light-emitting diode, which has dual functions of power indication and work instruction.

PCB Features:
The 1.5mm high quality circuit board adopts full process processing, the welding disk is enlarged, the wire is thicker, the element layout is beautiful. It is specially designed for practical training, it is easy to withstand multiple times and repeatedly dissoldering, which can improve the efficiency of use and high cost performance.

Working Principle:
The circuit can output automatic timing switch signal and rectangular pulse signal.Turn on and off time independently adjustable. It is the core circuit of the base circuit U1 at the time of NE555. It is a typical bistable working mode. Its timing capacitance is c1-4 in parallel. You can easily select your own suitable capacitor installation. There are four capacitors in the package, and you can install one of them in practice. With 10-100 pf ceramics capacitor is suitable for generating high frequency signal, and a good stability of tantalum electrolytic capacitor is suitable for the switch signals generate stable precision, a large capacity 470 uf electrolytic capacitor is suitable for long time delay time signal. The capacitance of the charging resistor makes R1, RP1, and capacitance together determine the length of the shutdown. The RP2 is the discharge resistance, which determines the time of startup and can be adjusted independently. The time can be estimated by the formula T=0.7 RC, but the actual use is not completely consistent with the factors such as capacitor leakage, diode pressure drop and component error.
The output signal of NE555 is the direct output of the rectangle pulse through JP2, which is operated by the VT1 driving relay. The switching signal is output from JP1, and the selection of the normally open point can be determined according to need.You can directly drive any appliance within 220V/ 3A, and realize the automatic timer switch (such as the refrigerator thermostat). The coil voltage of the relay is 5V by default, and the measured 4-12V can be obtained. If you work long hours at high pressure, suggest replacing a 9-12Vrelay. The LED is a dual-color light-emitting diode, and the green light is used as indicator light. The traffic light is bright when it is switched on, and the whole is orange. The whole circuit DC4-12V can work.
