Use manual:
Place the round side of the gasket over the sensor.In the center of the sensing area of the sensor, the object to be tested is vertically applied to the spacer so that the effective contact and force of the sensor with the object to be tested all act on the sensing area of the sensor.
Use attention:
1>.Try to choose a stable, smooth and flat mounting surface. When your mounting surface is curved, you will bend it when you install the sensor. As a result, the sensor sensing area will be stressed, which will affect the degree to a certain extent. The accuracy of the sensor, so be careful not to mount the effective surface of the sensor on a curved surface (Note: the circular effective surface is not to be distorted, and the long tail can be bent)
2>.It is recommended to use a flexible gasket with stable elasticity between the sensor and the measured object to ensure effective contact between the sensor and the measured object.
3>.Keep the contact surface of the sensing area clean.
4>.the force should not exceed its rated range
5>.Try not to solder it directly to the board or to the board of the specific package that does not belong to it, so as to avoid poor contact caused by thermal deformation of the tail. Quickly solder the sensor metal terminal to the wire.
