Method of setting voltage and current:
1>. Set Output voltage: according to the floating charge voltage value of the battery you want to charge, or the voltage value of the LED after series and parallel, adjust the constant voltage potentiometer (CV), set the output voltage to the required voltage.(without load)
2>. Set Constant current value: turn the CC potentiometer around 20 times counterclockwise, short-circuit output with multimeter at 20A grade, and adjust the CC potentiometer to make the current value to meet your require.
NOTE: The voltage need to be set more than 1.2V when set constant current.Otherwise the constant current function will fail.
