1. The output voltage must be greater than the input voltage by 3V or more.

Adjust output voltage and current
1.Rotary CV potentiometer to adjust output voltage.
Increase the output voltage value by clockwise.Decrease output voltage value by counterclockwise.
2.Rotate CC potentiometer counterclockwise more than 30 turns at first.
It is used to set the initial current to the minimum at first.
3.Connect LED lamp or other equipment.
(User must ensure that the battery is discharged at first if need connect the battery to charge. Otherwise the set current value will be very small and resulting in a slow charging).
